The
workshop will cover all utility phases, including tactical training, narcotic
detection, explosives detection, search and rescue and cadaver recovery. All
levels of experienced k9 teams are welcomed as training and classes will be
geared to the experience of the individual teams.

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
Training & Certifications will begin on Monday, September, 29, 2008 thru Friday
October 3, 2008. Training times will be 08:00 hrs - 17:00 hrs at Camp Atterbury.
Night Tactical training on September 30th and October 1 st, Active School
Shooter and felony S.T.O.P.S. Training with K-9 Incorporated.
We will have a handgun range and a gas house available for handlers who want to
train live fire with their k9 partners.
This is scheduled for September 30th 8AM-12 noon. Chemical agents will be
provided on the same day from 1PM-5PM. Due to the many different calibers of
firearms used by officers, handlers who want to use the range will have to bring
their own ammunition.
Registration Fee
$225.00 for members
$270.00 for non-members
Current membership is required to attend.
No registration refund with in 30 days of the workshop.
*****Note***** Cadaver and Explosive detection teams: Please register intent of
attending by August 15, 2008 to assist in the procuring the necessary training
aids and instructors.
