   I.P.W.D.A. Master Trainer, Kathy M. Barrett     
1953-2006

The International Police Work Dog Association wishes to extend it’s deepest sympathies and condolences to the family and friends of Master Trainer, Kathy M. Barrett, who passed away on March 23rd, 2006. Kathy, was a Trooper with the Massachusetts State Police. She was well known and respected by those in law enforcement, especially by those in the Police K-9 community. Kathy’s years of dedication and contributions to the police K-9 Service will be forever remembered by all members of our association. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kathy’s family and friends. She will be truly missed by all of us in the International Police Work Dog Association.
